The equipment is suitable for recovering MP organic solvents emitted by coaters. Under the condition of low energy consumption, it helps users achieve environmental protection standards and recover resources. The device has a simple structure,and can obtain green and safe emissions with-out making any changes to the existing production equipment, eliminating environmental protection worries,reducing waste and saving energy. Solvent recovery: use a primary cooling recovery device (waste heat recovery device,cooling water cooler,chilled water cooler) to condense part of MP from the air.After the secondary MP absorption rotary treatment, the concentration of MPorganic solvent in the exhaust gas can be reduced to the lowest level. After 12ppmo exhaust gas is condensed to a specific concentration,the MP can be recovered by freezing. The unit is comprised of a waste heat recovery system,a cooler,a surface cooler, a fan,an adsorption rotary and rotary regeneration system.
